Meet Our Team

Jenny Rockrich-Arena

Jenny is a Phoenix native and mother of 3. She earned her Master's degree in Acupuncture from Bastyr University and has practiced Acupuncture in Arizona since 1999. Always adding to her skill set, Jenny earned her RN and has been working a Hospice RN since 2015. Occasionally you may find her on stage performing stand-up comedy at clubs around the valley. With expertise in both eastern and western medicine, a big heart,  a natural inclination to laugh and not take life too seriously, Jenny has created an healthy environment that aims to honor the lifestyle choices of her residents.

Cory Legge

Cory is the steady hand and driving force behind keeping Holistic Homes in tip-top shape. As the Manager of Holistic Home Paradise Cove, he combines leadership with compassion, ensuring that our high standards of care and hospitality are consistently met. An Arizona native, Cory brings 13 years of combined experience as a caregiver and assisted living manager, giving him both the insight and dedication needed to support our residents and team. Married to his wife, Anna, for 16 years, he is a proud father of two. When he isn’t busy making sure our homes run smoothly, Cory channels his creativity as an artist, exploring a variety of mediums, and enjoys building motorcycles in his spare time.

Gabriel & Ileana

Gabriel and Ileana bring over 70 years of combined experience in the assisted living field, serving in both ownership and management roles. As the long-standing managers of our Shea location, they continue to share their wealth of wisdom, knowledge, and compassion with the seniors in their care. Their deep commitment to quality living and heartfelt approach make them an invaluable part of the Holistic Homes family, ensuring that every resident feels respected, supported, and truly at home.

Lacy

Lacy is our very own Wonder Woman! As our dedicated Activity Director, she brings warmth, care, and a smile that makes every resident feel truly special—like the sun rises and sets just for them. After being promoted from her role as Certified Caregiver, Lacy now designs activities tailored to each resident’s unique interests. Her upbeat spirit fills our home with laughter and joy, brightening every day. Outside of work, Lacy and her husband, Dan, are busy raising their three amazing children

Gloria

You know when someone is doing the job they were born to do? That’s Gloria. She brings caring and compassion to everything she does—always with a touch of sass that keeps everyone smiling. We adore her, but not nearly as much as our residents do!

Gaby

Gaby is a true mainstay at Holistic Home Sweetwater. Her smiling face and gentle care brighten the lives of our residents each day. As a proud mom of two adorable little ones, she gracefully juggles family life with her work, always bringing dedication and heart to everything she does. Her superpower? An incredible attention to detail that ensures our residents receive the very best care.
